Welcome to TemplateHunt ("we," "our," or "us"). TemplateHunt is an online marketplace for discovering, sharing, and purchasing Notion templates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TemplateHunt website located at templatehunt.io (the "Site"), including all content, features, and services offered on or through the Site.
By accessing or using TemplateHunt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting a template, browsing the Site, making a purchase, or otherwise accessing any part of TemplateHunt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of TemplateHunt after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The TemplateHunt name, logo, website design, and all original content created by TemplateHunt (including but not limited to blog posts, descriptions, and graphics) are the property of TemplateHunt and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any TemplateHunt content without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using TemplateHunt, you agree not to:
- Submit or distribute templates that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or our systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's functionality or other users' experience
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

TemplateHunt contains links to third-party websites, including Notion template pages hosted on notion.so and other external platforms. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such websites or their content.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.
Templates listed on TemplateHunt are created by independent creators. While we review submissions for quality, we do not guarantee the functionality, accuracy, or suitability of any template for your particular needs.
8. Advertisements
TemplateHunt displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. By using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to the display of advertisements.
Third-party advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Site or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
9. Sponsored Placements
TemplateHunt offers sponsored placement opportunities for template creators. Sponsored templates are clearly marked as such and receive enhanced visibility on the platform. Sponsored placements are paid promotions and do not constitute an endorsement by TemplateHunt.
Payment for sponsored placements is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
10. Payment Terms
Some templates on TemplateHunt may be available for purchase. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of templates, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience a technical issue with a purchased template, please contact us at hello@templatehunt.io and we will work to resolve the issue.
11. Reviews and User Content
Users may submit reviews and ratings for templates on TemplateHunt. By submitting a review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your review on the Site.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are spam, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TemplateHunt and all content, templates, and services available through the Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TemplateHunt and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to TemplateHunt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may also remove any templates, reviews, or other content from the Site at our sole discretion if we believe they violate these Terms or are otherwise objectionable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
